Easy Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns for both standard-size and custom-fit garments within 30 days of delivery. To receive a refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all tags and packaging
Once your item is received and reviewed, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 24-48 working hours.
One Year Fabric Guarantee
We source our fabrics exclusively from top-tier textile mills, ensuring premium quality and long-lasting wear. We proudly offer a one year fabric guarantee. If you experience:
- Discoloration
- Fabric defects
- Any unexpected material issue
We will fully stand behind our product and resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Free Replacements, Exchanges & Alteration Support
Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we want your suit to fit you exactly as intended. We offer:
- Free replacements and exchanges for any size or fitting concerns
- Alteration reimbursement if you choose to have adjustments made by your local tailor
A valid alteration receipt will be required for reimbursement. We kindly request customers to contact us before opting for local alterations, so our tailoring team can guide you on the best solution and ensure you get the most accurate fit outcome.
